Generally orders are processed 3 to 5 working days (not including weekends and holidays) after payment clears in our account. For large orders, it may take longer. We will notify you know if we don't have enough stock or if there are likely to be delays. We'll let you know as soon as your order has been shipped. We charge R150 rush fee to process your order within 24 hours after payment has been cleared, or if you need it before a certain date, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.
Order Pickup
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our office. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will notify you. Please only pick up during the week, from 9 am to 8 pm . Your package can also be picked up by someone you send or a carrier. So they know which order to pick up, please give them your invoice number.
When we use the Courier Guy's PUDO service, we can send a package to a PUDO pickup place. You'll receive a pickup PIN number, and then you can go to a PUDO pickup point to collect. When you place your order, please let us know where you'd like to pick up your PUDO box. Please make sure you give enough time for delivery when you place your order, since PUDO deliveries can take longer than regular courier deliveries.
Deliveries by courier
Courier fees start at R140. Based on where you live, shipping could take anywhere from 2 to 5 days. The Courier Guy is who we mostly use. Also keep in mind that there may be extra delivery fees in some places. privacy policy.
