Changes and refunds
Our policy lasts Seven days. If you bought something more than seven days ago, we’re regretfully, but we can’t give you a refund or exchange. It will take 14 days to process the return after it has been accepted.
You can only return items that are brand new, unused, and in the same state you got them in. Also, it needs to be in its original packaging.
Unless the product(s) are faulty or incorrect, or if the print or branding doesn’t match the approved artwork we sent you before printing or branding, you are unable to return printed or branded items. It is very important for the client to carefully review through the artwork and make sure everything is correct before printing.
Shipping
If you want to return an item, you will have to pay for your own shipping. The cost of shipping is not refunded. If you get your money back, the cost of sending the item back will be taken out of your refund. If we sent you the wrong product (one that is different from what was charged to you), we will pay for the shipping to send you the right one.
